📝Photography Service Agreement

📸 Session Types & Payment

• All sessions (mini, full, or pop-ups) require full payment upfront to reserve your spot. In some cases, a deposit may be accepted with the remaining balance due before the session.

• Payments are processed securely through Square or the booking platform provided.

📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Rescheduling or Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund or session credit.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.

3. No-Shows

If you miss your session without notice, your session fee will be forfeited.

4. Weather & Emergencies

If bad weather or an emergency on our end prevents the shoot, we’ll reschedule or offer a full refund.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule

🖼 Image Delivery

• Clients will receive a link to a private Pixieset gallery within 14 days of the session.

• High-resolution downloads and optional print purchases will be available via the gallery.

📬 Usage Rights

• Clients receive full personal use rights for all delivered images.

• PictureThisPet retains the right to use images for promotional and portfolio purposes. If you wish to opt out of public sharing, let us know in writing.

🐶 Your Pet’s Role

• We prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety. If your pet becomes distressed, we may end the session early and reschedule at our discretion.

• You’re responsible for controlling your pet during the session unless agreed otherwise.

🐾 Behavior Policy

At PictureThisPet, we aim to create a fun, relaxed, and positive experience for everyone — pets and humans alike! While we understand that animals have their quirks and zoomies (we love that!), we also expect all pets to be reasonably under control and all humans to treat the session, the space, and each other with kindness and respect.

🚫 Aggressive behavior from pets or people, disrespectful conduct, or failure to follow basic safety guidance may result in the session being ended immediately — with no refund issued.
